Katsuyaku Co., Ltd. is an Osaka-based company that supports new graduate recruitment for businesses across Japan. We value mutual understanding between companies and students, helping students make informed decisions about joining a company. We review each company’s hiring goals, desired candidate profiles, and internal resources to recommend recruitment methods and workflows suited to its needs. We handle student searches, outreach message drafting and sending, scheduling, and follow-ups to encourage bookings. This allows hiring teams to spend more time meeting students and communicating what makes their company an attractive place to work. We also support recruitment activities on OfferBox, doda Campus, and Kimisuka. Our team includes professionals with 10 or more years of experience supporting new graduate recruitment, as well as those with in-house experience recruiting new graduates. We have supported hiring across IT, construction, real estate, trading, and manufacturing, for roles including engineering, construction management, sales, and administration. As of September 2026, we have helped companies hire more than 700 new graduates. We also provide recruitment support for foreign-headquartered companies establishing new subsidiaries in Japan.
