EdWorks Inc. is a company that provides long-term, supportive training focused on soft skills. Even soft skills, which are said to be difficult to strengthen, can be effectively enhanced by combining off-the-job training (Off-JT) with on-the-job training (OJT) learned in the workplace. We conduct medium- to long-term human resource development through a one-hour online program each week, focusing on content that quantitatively visualizes training effectiveness and directly relates to results.
