Japan Strategy Consultants Co., Ltd. (JSC) is an independent strategy consulting firm supporting senior executives and division heads of mid-to-large Japanese companies with annual revenue of approx. JPY 50-300 billion. Our founder, Yoshiomi Kubota, began his career at Hitachi and went on to lead numerous strategy projects as a project manager at the Tokyo offices of McKinsey and Roland Berger. Combining the thinking of a top-tier firm with the ability to work hands-on alongside the front line, we stay with our clients until strategy turns into real results rather than remaining on paper.
