Since our establishment, we have been a group of mental health professionals providing essential services for corporate mental health measures, such as psychiatric consultant contracts and the "Rework Trial(R)," an external rehabilitation attendance program that has been practically improved for reworking in medical institutions. We focus on the issues arising in the workplace based on our knowledge and experience as clinical and occupational physicians, standing between employees and companies to support problem-solving. Additionally, we not only assess the mental health status of employees but also determine whether they are in a "safe and healthy condition to work" considering their job responsibilities.
