Replace the 'rack scaffolding' with the target span! Adopt a method to cross the bridge pier without lowering the moving floor to the ground!

We would like to introduce our track record in floor slab repair work. Due to the difficulty of moving the floor and lifting it under the target span, we installed a "rack scaffold" in the adjacent span. Subsequently, we adopted a method to raise the floor without lowering it to the ground, allowing us to cross over the bridge pier. [Scaffolding Construction Achievements] New Chitose Airport

It is possible to minimize the impact on ground operations! We were able to install it without any issues by utilizing its characteristics.

We would like to introduce our construction achievements related to the ceiling finishing work for the new international passenger terminal building at New Chitose Airport. Since the installation rail components (large roof truss) are curved in a planar manner, the track width has changed. However, by utilizing the characteristics of the "rack scaffolding," we were able to install it without any issues. [Scaffolding Construction Achievements] Singapore Changi International Airport

Using "rack scaffolding" for ceiling panel renovation! The scaffolding has also been moved due to the rearrangement.

We would like to introduce our construction achievements regarding the ceiling panel finishing during the renovation work of Terminal 1. Since the renovation work is being carried out while the airport is in operation, the construction area is within temporary enclosures. To efficiently conduct the renovation work in the limited space within the enclosures, a method was adopted to simultaneously carry out the ceiling panel renovation and floor renovation. [Scaffolding Construction Achievements] Seto Ohashi Anchorage (4A)

Install concrete anchors on the underside of the overhang and set the rail horizontally as the suspension point!

We would like to introduce our construction achievements for the concrete painting work on the overhang section of the anchorage (4A) of the Nanbi-San Seto Ohashi Bridge. Since work on the underside of the overhang section cannot be performed using a gondola, we utilized a "rack scaffold." Concrete anchors were installed on the underside of the overhang section, and rails were set up horizontally from these anchors. [Scaffold Construction Achievements] Nata Overpass

By equipping the movable bed with a lift, we have accommodated a change in beam height of 3.0m!

We would like to introduce our construction achievements in the repair work of PC box girder bridges (including concrete painting and crack injection, etc.). This is a cross bridge that spans National Route 2, and to shorten the scaffolding work process on the national road, we utilized "rack scaffolding." By using brackets to suspend the rails from the ground cover, we were able to install them without driving concrete anchors into the upper structure. 【Scaffolding Construction Achievements】Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) Runway D

The seawater spray created a harsh and severe corrosive environment, but you were able to use it without any issues until the end of the process!

We would like to introduce our construction achievements in the installation of PCa floor slab infill work. During the production of the PCa floor slab beams, ceramic inserts were pre-embedded, and the running rails were installed using these as suspension points. Use brackets for rail suspension! Install without driving concrete anchors into the upper structure!

The concrete painting work under the PC box girder (during bridge installation) was utilized. The painting renovation work was carried out at the elevated intersection with the new transportation system (Yurikamome) on the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway Route 11 Daiba Line.

Due to the architectural limitations of the new transportation system (Yurikamome), it was not possible to install standard construction scaffolding, so a method was adopted to move rack scaffolding onto the track during the power outage period to carry out the construction.
