The introduction of robots can utilize various systems, including "robot subsidies" and "monozukuri (manufacturing) subsidies." By leveraging these, there is an opportunity to differentiate from competitors by leading the industry in automation. Our affiliated company, Zero Plus Co., Ltd., has supported over 1,000 subsidy adoptions to date and is involved in numerous robot-related projects. The track record of utilizing subsidies and other systems is overwhelmingly strong, not only compared to other robot system integrators but also among consulting firms. For applications, consultants specialized in document preparation will assist. [Support Details] ■ Our affiliated company, Zero Plus, has helped with over 1,000 subsidy adoptions to date. ■ For applications, consultants specialized in document preparation will assist. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe will introduce various effects of robots. By introducing robots, it is possible to improve labor productivity. This can significantly increase labor productivity by reducing the number of people required in the production process and achieving increased production volume through 24-hour operations. Moreover, beyond mere labor reduction, there is potential to create new services, with a wide range of new service initiatives being explored, such as the use of service robots in restaurants and accommodations, as well as surgical assistance robots in the medical industry. 【Effects of Robots】 ■ Improvement of labor productivity ■ Replacement and support for harsh and difficult tasks ■ New services created by robots *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOn this page, we introduce a Q&A about robot implementation. Starting with "What benefits can be gained from implementing robots?", we also cover questions like "Isn't the implementation cost high?" and "Isn't it difficult to operate them in practice?" among many others. Additionally, we address questions such as "Can robots only perform one task?" and "What kinds of tasks can robots perform, for example?" For more details, please refer to the related links below. [Content Included] ■ What benefits can be gained from implementing robots? ■ Isn't the implementation cost high? ■ Isn't it difficult to operate them in practice? ■ Can robots only perform one task? ■ What kinds of tasks can robots perform, for example? *For more information, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of a feasibility study (FS) for the introduction of robots conducted at the Mizuguchi Century Hotel. In this FS project, we examined the possibility of humanoid robots handling hotel front desk operations such as reservation confirmation and guidance. First, we conducted a business analysis related to front desk services, summarized the functional requirements that the robots should possess, and then considered the scope of robotization and evaluated the return on investment. As a result of the verification, we found that the feasibility of the robots is sufficient, and they are particularly effective for improving operational efficiency. Additionally, we recognized that there is a need to enhance current systems such as the front desk operations system and the accounting system. 【Case Overview】 ■ FS Content: Examining the possibility of humanoid robots handling hotel front desk operations such as reservation confirmation and guidance. ■ Verification Results: - The feasibility of the robots is sufficient, and they are particularly effective for improving operational efficiency. - We also recognized that there is a need to enhance current systems such as the front desk operations system and the accounting system. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe painting hand spray gun assembly process at Meiji Machinery Manufacturing Co., which introduced robots this time, was previously a completely manual process performed by skilled workers. Since the main body of the spray gun is made of aluminum die-cast, the precision of hole positions and other aspects was low, requiring a lot of manual adjustments during assembly, leading to variations in quality and work time, low productivity, and the long-standing challenge of securing skilled workers. After the introduction of robots, improvements in productivity and quality were achieved, and the delays that occurred every time a worker left were resolved, allowing for inventory production as well. 【Case Overview】 ■ Implementing Company: Meiji Machinery Manufacturing Co., Okayama Plant ■ Before Implementation: 4 skilled workers performed assembly work manually ■ After Implementation: - Parts in pallets are inspected using image measurement devices - Automatic assembly is performed while reproducing movements close to human hands, including three-dimensional movements - Finished products are stored in a storage stocker *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
