We will introduce the behind-the-scenes of creating a comprehensive brochure for an English conversation school, along with examples of meetings held for this purpose in a blog post. Since we are redoing it from scratch, we aimed to make it easier for all on-site staff to explain to customers using this one brochure, serving as a tool to connect communication between customers and on-site staff. Through meetings, we collaborated with people from different departments, and by gaining consensus from our colleagues, we transformed it into a tool that is loved by "users within the company" rather than just "readers."
