We will introduce the behind-the-scenes of creating a comprehensive brochure for an English conversation school, along with examples of meetings held for this purpose in a blog post. Since we are redoing it from scratch, we aimed to make it easier for all on-site staff to explain to customers using this one brochure, serving as a tool to connect communication between customers and on-site staff. Through meetings, we collaborated with people from different departments, and by gaining consensus from our colleagues, we transformed it into a tool that is loved by "users within the company" rather than just "readers." Case study of the "3D Measurement Webinar Promotional DM" produced for Teradrone Corporation. This DM was designed with the goal of achieving seminar attendance, ensuring that recipients intuitively feel, "This is a seminar announcement," "This is useful information for us," and "I want to participate." It was created not just as a simple notification, but to connect with customer problem-solving and generate future customer touchpoints. As a result, it garnered many inquiries and contributed to an increase in the client's internal motivation.
