I have been working as a management consultant for over 30 years, providing support to more than 300 companies both domestically and internationally, utilizing unique management methods to address various management challenges. While some may perceive consulting and training negatively, we have consistently engaged in hands-on support and maintained a relationship until tangible results are visible even after our assistance has concluded. There are many consulting firms that only provide training or report submissions without ensuring results or taking responsibility. On the other hand, even if an external consultant creates a blueprint for change, I believe that true and lasting reform cannot occur unless the company itself develops the "power to change." In today's rapidly changing environment, where the rules of success have significantly evolved, the circumstances surrounding companies have become increasingly complex. Moving forward, it is necessary and expected that internal leaders within companies act as internal consultants, utilizing management methods and tools to lead corporate transformation with a sense of ownership.
