Our measurement principle is the "electromagnetic wave radar method." The electromagnetic wave radar method involves emitting electromagnetic waves from an antenna and utilizing the reflection of these waves at the boundaries of materials with different electrical properties (such as rebar) within concrete. It is a method for detecting embedded objects in concrete. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationThe electromagnetic induction method for rebar detection generates a magnetic flux by passing an alternating current through an excitation coil wound in a circular shape with copper wire inside the probe. When a magnetic material such as rebar is present within the generated magnetic flux of the excitation coil, a current flows through the magnetic material, creating a magnetic flux in the material as well. As the distance between the probe and the magnetic material changes, the magnetic flux of the material also changes, causing a current to flow in the detection coil within the probe, which results in a change in the voltage of the detection coil. This change in impedance is converted into the distance between the probe and the magnetic material, allowing for the measurement of the position and cover thickness of the rebar. 【Conditions for Accurate Measurement of Rebar Situations】 ■ One rebar nearby ■ One rebar within a wide pitch in the magnetic flux ■ One rebar within the range of the magnetic flux *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationX-ray inspection is a method that involves irradiating concrete with X-rays from an X-ray generator, capturing the internal condition on a film attached to the back side of the concrete. Using the same principle as medical X-ray imaging, the developed film allows for the examination of the internal state of the concrete, which can then be used to mark the locations of embedded objects on the concrete surface. This enables construction work, such as core drilling and anchor installation, to be carried out without damaging or cutting through embedded electrical and plumbing pipes or rebar. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationWhen tiles or mortar are struck with a specialized rod, they produce a sound. The process of checking the degree of delamination (lifting) through the pitch and volume of the sound is called a tapping survey (sound inspection). At the same time, a visual inspection of cracks and damage is conducted to assess the deterioration of the exterior walls, and repair work is carried out according to the budget for the affected areas. If you entrust everything to our company, we will save a video of the tapping survey that allows you to compare the sounds recorded before and after the repairs. You can confirm whether the repairs were done correctly. In large-scale repair work for condominiums, we can provide materials that residents will find satisfactory. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration◇Radar Survey◇ We conduct surveys to locate rebar, as well as to measure the thickness of tiles, mortar, and concrete, and to investigate buried electrical conduits. We perform surveys not only for architectural structures but also for civil engineering structures. Additionally, we investigate underground buried objects and voids in the ground. ◇Electromagnetic Induction Survey◇ We perform measurements using electromagnetic induction methods that strongly react to rebar, allowing us to confirm the positions and cover thickness of shallow rebar. This is used in inspections of newly constructed concrete structures and cover thickness surveys. We can also investigate metal fittings and braces behind tiles or boards. In underground surveys, we conduct investigations of buried piping and pipeline surveys. ◇X-ray Survey◇ We can visually confirm the positions of buried objects such as rebar and electrical conduits within concrete as images. This method is used in cases where the area is narrow or where complex reinforcement and buried pipes are intertwined. ◇Sounding Survey, Visual Inspection, Exterior Wall Repair Work◇ We regularly conduct inspections and repairs of deteriorated areas before tiles and finishing materials of buildings peel off and fall, causing accidents. Furthermore, we believe that not only the development of our company but also the growth of the entire construction industry contributes to society. Therefore, we assist in collaborative experiments and research with various research institutions and in the preparation of papers. We also conduct training sessions on surveys for other companies in the same industry to promote the sharing of technology and information.
