Non-destructive testing technology for steel pipe poles with 'no damage to the foundation × full circumference of the steel pipe column'
Reliable detection of deformation 40mm below the ground level of steel pipe columns is possible! Achieving more efficient and effective inspections.
We would like to introduce a non-destructive inspection technology for the entire circumference of steel pipes using a self-propelled ultrasonic sensor. By screening the entire circumference of the steel pipe with the self-propelled ultrasonic sensor, it is possible to accurately and reliably understand the corrosion conditions below the ground level (GL), and the inspection results can be confirmed in real-time through image development diagrams. Additionally, the inspection can be completed in about 20 minutes, from the installation of the self-propelled sensor to the inspection and removal. This significant improvement in inspection efficiency not only shortens construction time and reduces costs but also allows for inspections in various environments. 【Features】 ■Significant reduction in inspection processes ■Substantial decrease in construction time, costs, noise, and waste *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
