Traditional cooling methods that blow cold air cause the items being cooled to dry out as they cool, accelerating deterioration and leading to unavoidable waste. In response, "Junzou" uses square pipes that are in contact with the walls inside the container, circulating a cooled liquid (brine) through these pipes to cool the entire wall surface. This allows for cooling the stored items inside the container in a windless state, preventing the breakdown of the moisture barrier surrounding the vegetables, fruits, and flowers, thus avoiding drying out. Additionally, since the entire wall surface acts as a cooling body, it minimizes temperature fluctuations within the storage.
