[Case Study] Measures Against Subway Vibration for High-End Condominiums in Daikanyama

This is a case where there was no audible sound from the subway's operation and no perceptible vibrations, resulting in excellent outcomes!

Due to the underground tunnel of the Tokyu Toyoko Line being located near the condominium, there were concerns about the impact of train vibrations from the Toyoko Line. The condominium is planned to have living spaces on the B1 floor and trunk rooms on the B2 floor, and measures against solid sound from vibrations were considered. Before construction, ground vibration surveys were conducted, and based on that data, the vibration and noise environment for the B1 living spaces was predicted, leading to plans for the installation of vibration-damping materials on the underground outer walls.
