At the newly established nursery near the Musashino Line (underground tunnel) and Seibu Line (above-ground train), there were concerns about the impact of train vibrations. As a vibration mitigation measure, Vibra-Block was installed on the underground outer walls and beneath the pit floor, and vibration measurements were conducted after the installation to verify its effectiveness.
