Digital dust meters are widely used for measuring suspended particulate matter related to work environments, and they have advantages such as obtaining data in a shorter time compared to filtration collection methods, as they operate as relative concentration meters using light scattering methods. On the other hand, the obtained relative concentration needs to be corrected to mass concentration by determining the mass concentration conversion coefficient based on the filtration collection method. By inputting the mass concentration conversion coefficient (K value), the count values can be easily converted to mass concentration. The LD-5 type is a relative concentration meter using the light scattering method that can display measurement results in various formats. Compared to filtration collection methods, relative concentration meters using light scattering can measure in a shorter time. They also have advantages such as being able to detect sudden changes in concentration. Instantaneous values and cumulative count values can be checked on the same screen. The transition of concentration values during measurement can be monitored on the screen. With the simple logging function, measurement values can be recorded with easy operations during measurement. The measurement values recorded during logging can be imported to a personal computer using the included cable and dedicated communication software. *Compatible operating systems: Windows 98/Me/XP/VISTA/7. The included communication software allows for real-time monitoring of count numbers and trend graphs on the computer screen.

The LD-3K2 model is a portable dust meter designed to enhance user-friendliness. This LD-3K2 model allows for easy conversion of the count values to mass concentration by inputting the mass concentration conversion coefficient (K value). Additionally, it is equipped with a data recording function, making it possible to transfer recorded dust concentration data to a computer. The logging measurement recording cycle can be set from 1 second to 99 minutes and 59 seconds. At a 1-minute cycle, continuous measurement and recording for up to approximately 44 days is possible. By pre-inputting the mass concentration conversion coefficient (K value), measurement values (CPM) can be easily converted and displayed as mass concentration (mg/m3). The scattering plate value and background value (BG) are retained even when the power is turned off. Furthermore, automatic correction of dust measurement values is performed using the scattering plate value and BG value data.

The vibration level meter VM-53/VM-53A features two types of backlit LCD screens, displaying instantaneous values on a large main LCD and various information such as level-time, bar graphs, and menu screens on a sub-screen. The VM-53/VM-53A continuously stores the results of maximum value, time-weighted level, and power average in its internal memory. The VM-53/53A complies with the Measurement Law for vibration level meters and JIS C 1510:1995, and is equipped with a vibration sensation correction circuit that compensates for the human body's vibration perception characteristics. The VM-53/53A has two LCD screens and an operation panel located at the bottom to enhance visibility and operability. The input and output terminals are positioned at the top, just like the previous models, allowing for easy operation when placed on the ground or a flat surface.

The VM-55 is a measuring instrument capable of simultaneous measurement of vibration level and vibration acceleration level. It consists of the main unit and an included three-direction vibration pickup (PV-83C), allowing for the simultaneous measurement of instantaneous values, time-weighted levels, time-averaged levels, maximum and minimum values in three directions. It complies with the standards "JIS C 1510:1995" and "JIS C 1517:2014," as well as the new standards that came into effect on November 1, 2015. Measurement results are recorded in the internal memory of the main unit or on a large-capacity SD card (up to 32GB). By installing an optional program, it can also support long-term continuous data automatic recording to the SD card, comparator output functions, and waveform recording. This is a vibration meter used primarily for the maintenance management and inspection of industrial machinery centered around rotating machinery, as well as for performance testing during the development stages of various machines. It measures acceleration (ACC), velocity (VEL), and displacement (DISP) within appropriate frequency ranges, allowing for easy evaluation of the machine's vibration condition. The setting keys that are not used regularly are concealed with a slide cover, and the operation of the main unit can be done with one hand (with the HOLD, STORE, and POWER switches located on the side). Thanks to the backup function, measurements can start with the previously set conditions upon power-on. By changing the pickup, it is possible to measure both minute levels and high accelerations. It features an energy-saving design that allows for continuous measurement for 30 hours when using alkaline batteries. The compact design weighs only 320g, including the batteries.
