Simultaneous measurement of vibration level and vibration acceleration level is possible.

The VM-55 is a measuring instrument capable of simultaneous measurement of vibration level and vibration acceleration level. It consists of the main unit and an included three-direction vibration pickup (PV-83C), allowing for the simultaneous measurement of instantaneous values, time-weighted levels, time-averaged levels, maximum and minimum values in three directions. It complies with the standards "JIS C 1510:1995" and "JIS C 1517:2014," as well as the new standards that came into effect on November 1, 2015. Measurement results are recorded in the internal memory of the main unit or on a large-capacity SD card (up to 32GB). By installing an optional program, it can also support long-term continuous data automatic recording to the SD card, comparator output functions, and waveform recording. The main unit achieves a dustproof and waterproof performance of IP54.
