Mainly measuring environmental vibrations related to traffic vibrations and ground vibrations from factories and construction sites.

The vibration level meter VM-53/VM-53A features two types of backlit LCD screens, displaying instantaneous values on a large main LCD and various information such as level-time, bar graphs, and menu screens on a sub-screen. The VM-53/VM-53A continuously stores the results of maximum value, time-weighted level, and power average in its internal memory. The VM-53/53A complies with the Measurement Law for vibration level meters and JIS C 1510:1995, and is equipped with a vibration sensation correction circuit that compensates for the human body's vibration perception characteristics. The VM-53/53A has two LCD screens and an operation panel located at the bottom to enhance visibility and operability. The input and output terminals are positioned at the top, just like the previous models, allowing for easy operation when placed on the ground or a flat surface.
