This technology involves covering the pile head with a precast concrete ring (PC ring) and joining the pile to the foundation. The arrangement of the pile head is simple, and during construction, there are no protruding reinforcing bars, making the process quick and easy. Additionally, it reduces the bending moment at the pile head, resulting in less damage to the pile material compared to conventional methods, thereby improving seismic resistance. Furthermore, it can be applied to all cast-in-place piles, including those with steel casing (800φ to 3000φ). 【Features】 ■ Easy construction ■ Improved workability ■ Enhanced seismic resistance of piles ■ Possible reduction in costs for foundation beams and piles ■ Simple design using dedicated software *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "NS Eco Spiral" is a rotary-driven steel pipe pile that inherits the features of the "Small Diameter NS Eco Pile Method," which accommodates construction without soil displacement and in narrow spaces, while enhancing lateral support performance. By using a compact pile driver to directly screw a steel pipe pile with a wide range of spiral fins into the ground, the fins and the ground behave as a single unit, demonstrating significant lateral support strength. Therefore, when the support layer is deep or unclear, there is no need to unnecessarily extend the pile length. 【Features】 ■ Contributes to shortening construction time ■ Can be removed like a screw by rotating the pile in reverse ■ Compact construction ■ Easy to accommodate even when pile locations are scattered ■ Construction can be paused at any time *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis technology is a full-casing enlarged pile construction method that can build enlarged piles in soft rock and medium-hard rock support layers. An enlarged excavation device called the GSB bucket is attached to the tip of the casing of a general-purpose full-rotation drilling machine, and the bottom of the hole is enlarged using the rotational torque of the full-rotation drilling machine and the hydraulic telescopic arm of the GSB bucket. Since the amount of casing penetration and the extension of the arm can be managed in 1 cm increments, it allows for the construction of inclined sections with a maximum inclination angle of 12 degrees. 【Features】 ■ Enlarged excavation can be performed in very hard rock ■ Minimal pile core deviation and high vertical accuracy ■ Simple equipment for enlarged excavation ■ Adaptable to changing ground conditions ■ Capable of handling underground obstacles within a series of drilling processes *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis product is a cast-in-place steel pipe concrete pile that applies a steel pipe with protrusions (welded formed protrusions) that excel in the integrity between the steel pipe and concrete on the inner surface of the steel pipe. Two types of structural designs can be selected according to design conditions. It excels in reliability and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, it has received construction method evaluation from the Japan Building Center, gaining high recognition and trust from various sectors. 【Features】 ■ Reliable seismic performance ■ Excellent cost-effectiveness ■ Environmentally considerate ■ High reliability ■ Significant bending resistance and carrying capacity *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the "Earth Drill Type Enlarged Base Pile Method / Cast-in-Place Steel Pipe Concrete Pile." The "Earth Drill Type Enlarged Base Pile Method" features the ability to achieve 2 to 3 times the bearing capacity compared to straight piles of the same shaft diameter, using approximately half the amount of excavation spoil and concrete. Additionally, the "Cast-in-Place Steel Pipe Concrete Pile" was developed to improve seismic resistance. The parts of conventional cast-in-place concrete piles, such as the pile head, which experience large bending moments and shear forces, have been reinforced with steel pipes featuring internal protrusions. 【Features】 < Earth Drill Type Enlarged Base Pile Method (HND Method) > ■ Achieves 2 to 3 times the bearing capacity compared to straight piles ■ Received evaluation from the Japan Architectural Center (Foundation) on November 13, 1990 ■ Excellent safety and cost-effectiveness ■ Reduces construction period and costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "SY Method" is a new cast-in-place concrete enlarged base pile method that achieves a large bearing capacity by excavating the enlarged base diameter to more than twice the shaft diameter. With a mechanical bucket, it is possible to construct enlarged base piles with five times the bearing capacity even in narrow sites. It also accommodates high-strength concrete with a design standard strength of up to 45 N/mm². 【Features】 ■ Maximum enlarged base diameter φ4700mm ■ 4.84 times high bearing capacity ■ Suitable for narrow sites ■ Compatible with all casing ■ Reliable construction management *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
