It is possible to reduce the cost of foundation beams and piles. The damage to pile materials is less compared to conventional methods, and seismic resistance can be improved.
This technology involves covering the pile head with a precast concrete ring (PC ring) and joining the pile to the foundation. The arrangement of the pile head is simple, and during construction, there are no protruding reinforcing bars, making the process quick and easy. Additionally, it reduces the bending moment at the pile head, resulting in less damage to the pile material compared to conventional methods, thereby improving seismic resistance. Furthermore, it can be applied to all cast-in-place piles, including those with steel casing (800φ to 3000φ). 【Features】 ■ Easy construction ■ Improved workability ■ Enhanced seismic resistance of piles ■ Possible reduction in costs for foundation beams and piles ■ Simple design using dedicated software *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Futaba Materials Co., Ltd. is developing its business with two main pillars: the construction sector and the welfare services sector. We offer various construction methods, including the "SY Method," which allows for the installation of enlarged piles with five times the support capacity even in narrow sites using a mechanical widening bucket, and the "GSB Method," which enables the construction of enlarged piles in soft and medium-hard rock support layers using an all-casing approach. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries.
