Roller Thunder
The surface of the steel frame is covered with an oxide film, commonly known as "black skin," which forms during the manufacturing process by blast furnace and electric furnace manufacturers. This black skin has a very high adhesion, is smooth to the touch, and is extremely difficult to remove, making it a "stubborn" problem. The solution to this issue is a dedicated 50mm wide TRB grinding wheel. - It features a wide design that can accommodate large areas and a unique grinding wheel structure that effectively "grips" the smooth black skin, allowing it to be peeled off thinly and widely. *Note that it is optimized for a peeling action rather than grinding, making it unsuitable for rough work like removing buildup. - It removes the adhered black skin efficiently with a grip feel similar to that of studless tires. - The core part of the wheel is made of a cushioning rubber material, which reduces noise during operation. It also minimizes vibrations, significantly reducing the burden on the operator. Although the price of the grinding wheel itself is somewhat high, I am confident that its overwhelming work speed and the beauty of the finish will contribute to cost reduction in total costs, including labor expenses.
