The TA50 has been added as an innovative new product to TiMOTION's care motion actuator line. It features a cylindrical design and incorporates limit switches within the gearbox. The TiMOTION TA29AC is a linear actuator with an integrated AC/DC power supply in the housing, providing a maximum thrust of 4,000N (Push/Pull). It is controlled by one neutral wire and two wires (extension/retraction), making it a practical means for automating livestock ventilation systems.

The TiMOTION JP6 series inline linear actuator shares the same design concept as the JP5 and JP7. It is specifically designed for industrial applications with moderate loads and can withstand loads of up to 3,000N. It is also ideal for product applications that require a compact installation space. The JP6 has a built-in current control board that supports soft stop, soft start, and overcurrent protection. Additionally, the optional IP69K rating is designed to withstand high-temperature, high-pressure water jets, as well as the intrusion of dust and other solid contaminants.

The TiMOTION JP5 is an inline linear actuator specially designed for use in low-load industrial applications. With a maximum load capacity of 1,500N, it is particularly suitable for products and applications that require a compact installation space. The built-in current control board enables soft start and soft stop functions in addition to overcurrent protection. An optional hall sensor supports synchronized operation and provides position feedback. With an IP rating of up to IP69K, this actuator is ideal for the most demanding environments.

Outer Tube Also known as the cover tube. This tube, made of extruded aluminum or steel, protects the exterior of the linear actuator and houses all internal components of the actuator. C. Inner Tube Known as the extension tube or drive tube, it can also be translated as tube or piston. This tube is typically made of aluminum or steel. A spindle is placed within the inner tube while it is retracted. This tube is attached to a threaded drive nut, and it extends and retracts as the nut moves along the rotating spindle.

By using the TA16, you can simultaneously adjust the tilt of the backrest and the movement of the leg rest, achieving synchronized movement with a single motor. Additionally, the TFH30 handset features a matte aluminum design and an integrated USB port for easy charging of smartphones and other devices. Storage shelves can be hidden near the roof or under the floor, allowing for easy access by simply pressing the control switch with your feet or hands. The TL17 or TL3 electric column is suitable for vertical load movement. Its stable motion allows for safe and reliable adjustments. For horizontal movement, the TA2P electric actuator is optimal. It can particularly move loads from one support to another while maintaining a compact design, capable of lifting up to 3,500 N, making it easy to integrate into small spaces. An optional hall sensor allows for more accurate position feedback and adjustments. Using the TGM gear motor enables the operation of articulated arms to quickly and accurately adjust equipment.
