With variable height elements, anyone can easily concentrate and find an ergonomically based position that provides maximum comfort. Height-adjustable desks allow for standing work. This has a positive impact on energy levels. Additionally, it has been proven that standing up several times a day can reduce fatigue and musculoskeletal disorders (especially neck stiffness and lower back pain). This is a significant factor, especially when it is known that classes can be stressful for students. Therefore, it is recommended to provide flexible equipment that allows for alternating between sitting and standing positions, enabling physical and intellectual agility.
