The "floating pier" consists of a main PC floating body (pontoon), a connecting bridge that links the shore to the pontoon, a bridge that connects pontoon to pontoon, and mooring lines that anchor the pontoon. Since the floating pier rises and falls with the tide, there is no change in height difference with vessels, making it easy to load and unload cargo and passengers. Additionally, the PC floating pier is highly stable due to its weight, enhancing convenience. The "PC pier" features a reinforced concrete beam placed on the heads of steel pipe piles, with precast PC girders installed on top of the beam and secured laterally to form the deck structure. Due to the use of high-quality concrete, it offers excellent durability. The "PCR Method for Roads" is a construction technique that allows for the parallel advancement of small-element PCR girders underground while utilizing the railway and road above. This method introduces prestressing to safely and reliably construct crossing structures without excavation. Depending on the support method of the PCR girder and the arrangement of PC steel materials, various forms such as lower girders, box-shaped tunnels, and circular tunnels can be selected.
