Die casting consists of three elements: the alloy as the raw material, the mold for shaping, and the machine (die casting machine) that fills the raw material into the mold. In "die casting," non-ferrous metals are used for shaping. Die casting with ADC-5 and ADC-6 is difficult, and there are few companies that can do it, so it is a technology we can confidently provide. "Resin extrusion molding" is a method where heated and softened resin is continuously poured into a mold with holes, and shaped by being extruded like tokoroten (a Japanese jelly-like food). There are three types of molding methods available for selection based on application. In particular, PVC foam extrusion molding is difficult, and there are few companies capable of it, making it a technology we can confidently provide.
