Free membership registrationFocusing on the issue of "media cleaning" in sand filtration systems, we have developed this device. Previous systems performed air and water cleaning as separate processes. Our device improves the cleaning effect by conducting these processes simultaneously through W cleaning. The cleaning water contains high-capacity microbubbles, which have been technically certified by the Fine Bubble Industry Association (FBIA), an organization under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The condition of the media after cleaning can also be visually confirmed through a large inspection window. 【Features】 ■ Media cleaning using microbubbles (NEW!) ■ No need for media replacement (5-year warranty) ■ Stable water quality ■ Easy-to-use touch panel ■ Can be used without a backwash tank (space-saving) It also contributes to "safe and hygienic water supply," "effective use of natural resources," and "measures against global warming." *You can view comparison materials and case studies from the "PDF Download" section.

Free membership registrationThe "Reach Filter" is a sand filtration device with a unique structure that features an inclined filtration surface, resulting in minimal mud ball generation even during long-term processing. A large inspection window located in the center of the device allows for checking the internal conditions without the need to stop operation during inspections, reducing the need for tool-based work. Since sand cleaning can be performed within the device, there is no need for media replacement, making maintenance easy. Its compact design eliminates the need for large installation spaces. ★ The structure of the air lift has been improved (patent pending). This can suppress the solidification of the filtration media and the decrease in filtration efficiency, further facilitating maintenance. 【Features】 ■ No media replacement required! 【5-year warranty】 ■ Large inspection window to check the condition of the media and raw water ■ Patented structure to prevent mud ball generation ■ User-friendly touch panel operation ■ Usable without a backwash tank *You can view comparison materials and case studies from the "PDF Download."

Free membership registrationAt a major gas company in Chiba Prefecture, the concentration of reducing water varies by area; in low-concentration areas, it is a few mg/L, while in high-concentration areas, it can reach up to 80 mg/L. Conventional sand filtration systems have been applied to brine with SS concentrations of approximately 30 mg/L or less. However, in brine with high SS concentrations, the filter bed becomes clogged within a short period (a few months), leading to an inability to continue operation (due to insufficient cleaning power). In such situations, by adopting the "Reach Filter," which has a very high filter bed cleaning efficiency, it has become fully applicable to brine with high SS concentrations and is being adopted in other high SS concentration areas as needed. [Case Study] ■ Location: Major gas company in Chiba Prefecture ■ Application: Purification of brine in water-soluble gas fields ■ Purpose of filtration: To suppress ground subsidence and maintain the reducing capacity of reducing wells by removing SS from the brine ■ Type of raw water: Brine ■ Model and treatment capacity: RFE-2000 and others ■ Filter media used: Silica sand *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
