Reduce initial and running costs by using special filter media! Introducing case studies of filter system implementation.
At a major electrical factory in Yamanashi Prefecture, the initial plan was to combine sand filtration and activated carbon filtration. However, by using a single reach filter with a special filter media that has color removal capabilities, we were able to reduce both initial and running costs. Additionally, due to the high-efficiency cleaning function of the reach filter, we were able to achieve stable treated water quality despite fluctuations in the raw water quality. [Case Study] ■ Location: Major electrical factory in Yamanashi Prefecture ■ Purpose: Securing cooling water for cooling towers and toilet flushing water ■ Filtration Objective: Reduction of water supply costs ■ Type of Raw Water: Groundwater ■ Model and Treatment Capacity: RFE-500, 500m3/day ■ Filter Media Used: Humic acid-based special filter media for color removal *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
