We would like to introduce a case where our "Super Jack System" for bearing replacement was adopted for a highway project. Traditionally, the operation of jacking up the superstructure during bearing replacement was done manually. This system allows one operator to control all hydraulic jacks, enabling construction without the need to assign personnel to each jack. In this project, we implemented the bearing replacement work by centrally and automatically controlling 26 hydraulic jacks. We would like to introduce a case study of our company's "Biomass Silo Slip Form Method." This method integrates the formwork and working floor, allowing them to be raised by jacks, which eliminates the need for scaffolding and the formwork assembly process, enabling continuous concrete pouring. For the construction of four silos, we planned to manufacture the slip form device (SF device) so that it can be divided, thereby shortening the replacement process. We would like to introduce examples of the adoption of our "Nice Pole/Slip Form Method." In the renovation project (demolition and new construction) of an existing baseball stadium by Kawasaki City, a protective net pole was installed above the stands, reaching a height of approximately 30 meters above ground. This project is a two-phase construction, which includes the manufacturing and installation of the poles and the stretching of the nets. Additionally, in the construction of an RC chimney at a coal-fired power plant, we adopted the "Slip Form Method," which is a safe and labor-saving method that allows for continuous construction of concrete walls.
