• Temporary Construction

To participate in exhibitions 3 to 4 times a year, the exhibitors purchased booth materials as they handle everything from transportation to construction and dismantling themselves. The idea is that instead of paying several hundred thousand yen to a construction company for each exhibition, they can reduce the construction costs for subsequent events by owning the materials and having their employees assemble them. Of course, there will be effort involved in transportation, assembly, and dismantling, but if the company has space to store the materials, owns a vehicle for delivery, and has employees capable of assembling and dismantling, this plan is quite feasible. As inquiries and purchases of this nature have been increasing, we decided to feature this as a model case in this instance.

• Systems Architecture

Octalux is an internal lighting system component designed for exhibitions, events, and stores. It incorporates LEDs into columns and beams, combining an attractive glow with the stability of an aluminum system. With a single remote control, the system can shine in warm white, white, and 16.8 million RGB colors. The internal lighting section has two sides and includes system grooves, allowing for various designs by combining with other Octanorm systems such as Octalumina and Maximalight. LED tape is installed inside the frame, allowing it to be used for internal lighting on one or two sides. The internal lighting surface is covered with a plastic cover, and due to its special surface structure, the light is diffused, evenly illuminating up to several meters. By using tension locks, it can be connected without gaps, creating a smooth and beautiful internal lighting frame line. Additionally, it features high brightness, long lifespan, and ensures uniform illumination without visible light points. Since it is a modular design, disassembling it allows for storage that doesn't take up much space. Only one dedicated ratchet is used for assembly and disassembly. It is a sturdy workbench with a load capacity of up to 150 kg, despite being movable. If you need to place heavier items, adding a tension lock under the beam will increase its strength. • Store construction

I assisted in the installation of a solo exhibition at an international conference using Maxima 40 square posts. Typically, when constructing tall structures or reducing the number of columns, thicker Maxima posts such as 80 square or 120 square are used. However, this time, we built a structure with a height of 4 meters and beams extending up to 3.5 meters using 40 square posts to meet the client's request. We adopted slender columns and, considering transportation and installation, the columns and beams were designed to be extendable and separable. Since the tension of the fishing line and the weight of the exhibited items would be applied to the beams, we pushed the limits of strength. We planned to complete the transportation and installation of the exhibits in one day, and we were able to assemble and display everything successfully as planned, which seemed to satisfy the artist who placed the order. The ceiling of the event hall has been fitted with a "fabric frame." The idea is to cover the ceiling of the art museum built in the park with white fabric and to use backlighting to turn "the entire ceiling into a lighting fixture." The frame used is M1901 (for 120mm double-sided). The walls of the hall had irregular R-shaped sections, and those parts were bent to match the curvature of the wall. At the Natural History Museum, an event was held where Octalmina was used, so I would like to introduce it. The base is made using a double-sided M1901 frame with a thickness of 120mm. The LED lights are only on two sides of the long side frame. The design of the fabric is also important, but the presence of the LED lights enhances the overall appearance. Part of the Octalmina is operable, and animals are raised from the fabric. We would like to introduce a case where the Octalumina Cube (a dice-shaped suspended illuminated display) was implemented at the Asama International Photo Festival. The cube lights up on all six sides, featuring a large LED light source inside, and was displayed suspended from the ceiling. • Other flooring materials

This is a sign made of an aluminum frame and fabric. It is also possible to make it backlit by incorporating LED lights inside. The edges of the fabric are sewn with silicone (silicone strips), making it very easy to install and replace by simply pushing it into the frame's groove. If you send us the graphic data, we can output it onto the fabric and sew the silicone as well.

We would like to introduce a case study of our system display stand installed in the sales area of Heineken at the public viewing event. The size of one unit is W960 x H870 x D700 mm. There is no standard size, and it can be custom-made. Assembly can be done with just one specialized tool. We would like to introduce a case study using our system components at a vaccination site. The components used include the octagonal pole S108 and the beam Z400. The height of the pole is H1800mm, with a partition at a center-to-center distance of 990mm, which was installed at the civic hall. The wall was installed without fixing screws to the existing floor or wall surfaces. We would like to introduce a case where Octalumina was implemented for the window display at the Swedish apparel manufacturer Lager 157. The frame used is the M1935 with an 80mm thick single-sided backlit design. With this frame, the reinforcement beam is attached to the back, allowing for edge lighting without casting shadows from the reinforcement, resulting in a uniform illumination of the graphics. We would like to introduce examples of the Octalumina frame being used as a photo display tool at the Asama International Photo Festival. The outdoor display used the Octalumina (non-illuminated) frame, specifically the M1935 model with an 80mm thick single-sided frame. Eight large works measuring 2.6m in width and 3.9m in height were displayed mounted on walls. • Sign construction

We would like to introduce a case where we installed insulated wall panels based on a request from Company K for partitioning. For the aluminum frame for the insulated wall panels, we used M1305, which can accommodate two panels on one side. By sandwiching Styrofoam insulation between two 4mm thick system plywood panels, we effectively block heat. The thermal conductivity of Styrofoam is extremely low at 0.022, and it does not absorb condensation or water droplets, thus preventing the growth of mold and other issues. The entire process, from delivery to completion, took a total of four days, and the ceiling work was completed as planned. We would like to introduce a case study of office partitions implemented at Company C, which is relocating its office. We created partitions that fit perfectly into the new office space, and since we did not want to attach base plates to the floor, we fixed them to the ceiling with screws. In areas where screws could not be used, we applied tension using adjusters and cushion rubber. Additionally, for the room with a door, we adopted an aesthetically pleasing octagonal wall door. At the cherry blossom festival held at Makita Park, we would like to introduce a case study of the Octalumina installation. The frame was assembled on-site, with frames of the same number matched together and the corner screws tightened with a ratchet. The wiring was simply plugged in using a one-touch system. Additionally, we raised it after attaching the reinforcement beams and base plates. We would like to introduce a case where an 8m octalumin was installed at the Second Water Reclamation Center. Since it was fixed to a concrete + mortar wall, a pilot hole was necessary for the concrete plug. Additionally, at the customer's request, we not only provided the frame + fabric but also undertook the wall mounting work. We have prepared a self-supporting type with a frame thickness of 80mm at a low price! It comes with a dedicated carry case for easy transportation. It can be easily carried to any location. Assembly requires no tools and is simple. This product is designed to be user-friendly, even for beginners. We offer two types: OL820T: W1000mm x H2000mm OL825T: W1000mm x H2000mm / H2500mm (OL825 is a type that allows height adjustment) With optional materials, it can be connected in an L-shape or in parallel!

An event was held at the Natural History Museum where "Octalmina" was used!! The base is made using a double-sided M1901 frame with a thickness of 120mm of Octalmina. The LEDs are placed only on two sides of the long side frame. There is also a fabric design, but the presence of the LEDs enhances the overall appearance. There are two key points to note here. The first point is that part of the Octalmina is designed to be openable!! The lower Octalmina frame has casters attached, allowing it to function like a door. My guess is that since many VIPs seem to give speeches at this venue, they likely delivered their speeches on the podium in front of the display, and the door was opened simultaneously at the end. The second point is that animals are emerging from the fabric!! Here is a case study of the "large backlit sign" used at the entrance of the exhibition. The fabric frames used are of two types: M1901 (for Octalumina 120mm double-sided) and M1925 (for Octalumina 80mm double-sided). A total of 32 units of approximately 800mm square Octalumina were used. The 80mm thick frames and 120mm thick frames were intentionally mixed, stacked randomly, and arranged at irregular heights to create a dynamic sign structure. The design boldly incorporates only high-resolution face photos without unnecessary information, creating a sense that the viewer is being watched! The back is reinforced with Maxima 80 square, and the wiring is stored within the Maxima. We have introduced an Octalumina 120mm thick frame to the ceiling of the event hall. The ceiling of the art museum built within the park is covered with white fabric, utilizing it as an internal lighting source to turn the entire ceiling into a lighting fixture. The walls of the hall had irregular R-shaped sections, and those parts were bent to match the curvature of the wall. The frame was used horizontally with white fabric attached to the underside for lighting purposes. The output for stretchable fabric (synthetic fiber) is differentiated based on the situation and size, using methods such as UV printing, dye-sublimation transfer, and latex printing. There are various uses: as wall graphics in stores, eye-catching displays in shop windows, entrances at event venues, and office entrances. • Spatial Design

We would like to introduce a case study of the Octalumina 80mm thick frame on one side. The Octalumina 80mm frame was implemented at a large-scale event. Since this was an outdoor event, we did not include LEDs inside and instead created it with just the frame and fabric. The fabric is a rain-resistant light tarpaulin, and to prevent it from coming loose in strong winds, we attached aluminum composite panels to the back with silicone sewing. The fabric is wrinkle-free and has high output quality. Once the large frame and fabric installation was completed, it created a powerful presence, harmonizing the photo, building, and nature into one gigantic work of art.
