[Construction Example] Insulated Wall Panels (Octanol System)

We would like to introduce a case where we installed insulated wall panels based on a request from Company K for partitioning. For the aluminum frame for the insulated wall panels, we used M1305, which can accommodate two panels on one side. By sandwiching Styrofoam insulation between two 4mm thick system plywood panels, we effectively block heat. The thermal conductivity of Styrofoam is extremely low at 0.022, and it does not absorb condensation or water droplets, thus preventing the growth of mold and other issues. The entire process, from delivery to completion, took a total of four days, and the ceiling work was completed as planned.
