The "Metal Star BK" series is a super high-brightness metallic paint for metals. (Metallic paint) This product is primarily designed for automotive aluminum wheels. It has even higher brightness and exterior coating performance compared to the Metal Star series for plastics. It possesses the highest brightness among our super high-brightness paint series for both metal and plastic. (Internal standards) ■ How is it different from regular metallic paint? It has an extremely high brightness. In the case of general metallic colors, the aluminum pigment has a particle feel that makes it immediately recognizable as metallic paint, but with Metal Star, it is possible to create a foil-like appearance that is less discernible in terms of particle feel compared to regular metallics, due to its higher brightness. The aluminum pigment contained in this paint has a cross-sectional thickness of about 1/10 compared to conventional aluminum pigments. When oriented smoothly, it approaches a foil-like state. These are the main differences.

Types and Characteristics of Starduston Each type has its own characteristics in terms of appearance and performance. The plastic-compatible materials are ABS, ABS/PC, PA, PA6, PA66, PPO, and GTX (PPE+PA). The metal-compatible materials include aluminum, SUS304, and iron, etc. (Chemical treatment and degreasing are required before painting.) Types and Characteristics of Starduston Each type has its own characteristics in terms of appearance and performance. The plastic-compatible materials are ABS, ABS/PC, PA, PA6, PA66, PPO, and GTX (PPE+PA). "Eco Plus G81" is a TX-free, fast-drying acrylic urethane two-component paint for automotive interior and exterior use that does not contain environmentally harmful toluene or xylene. "PoliWrap No.1" has a long track record for automotive interior and exterior polyamide resin molded products, and is an acrylic urethane two-component curing paint that excels in workability and film performance. It has excellent adhesion to PA6, PA66, PA12 (including non-crystalline types), and PA + glass fiber (up to 40%).
