We would like to introduce a case study of roof snow melting (hot water type, concealed method) in a detached house. The hot water concealed method can be applied to both new and existing homes. In this case, the old roof metal was removed, and snow melting panels were installed. After 25 to 30 years of construction, the house itself tends to deteriorate, and family structures change, leading to a situation where there are no longer any snow removal helpers, making snow melting a more common choice. We would like to introduce a case study of roof snow melting (hot water type, exposed method) for detached houses. For existing houses with new finishing materials or stainless steel sheet metal on the roof, the exposed method is suitable if you only wish to melt snow in certain areas. We manufacture fixed brackets to match the working range of the finishing materials and arrange stainless steel piping, which has excellent long-term durability, or SGP piping, which has superior rigidity. We would like to introduce a case study of roof snow melting (electric heater type, concealed method) in a detached house. For small roof areas, combining PTC characteristic electric heaters with snow melting panels and using a concealed installation method can result in relatively low construction costs. PTC heaters have the characteristic of high output at low temperatures, with output becoming milder as the temperature increases, allowing for both fuel efficiency and overheating prevention.
