We have been working on a device that automatically supplies diluted coolant at a stable concentration, addressing the challenges of "concentration management," "liquid volume management," and "pH monitoring" that need to be solved in machining environments, leading to the completion of the "Coolant Controller." In addition to the know-how we have accumulated, we have achieved the automation of coolant concentration adjustment, which has been difficult until now, as a new feature. By installing the "Coolant Controller," the coolant will always be corrected to the set concentration, resulting in stable machining and improved quality. Moreover, the results of the concentration adjustments are logged as numerical data, allowing not only the history of concentration changes to be checked but also enabling numerical management of the coolant. Additionally, an optional pH monitoring function can be added, allowing for the assessment of conditions such as coolant degradation.
