Changing the concentration is easy! You can produce coolant liquid using exactly the same method as making it by hand.
The "coolant liquid automatic dilution supply device" creates a diluted liquid that has been microparticulated by an agitator inside the unit and supplies it to each machine tool via a coolant pump. It can adjust the dilution concentration from 1% to 20%. It automatically dilutes accurately at the specified concentration to generate coolant. Additionally, it uses the exact same method as manually creating coolant liquid. Changing the liquid concentration can be easily adjusted by altering the amount of concentrated solution in the metering device (patent obtained). 【Manufacturing Method】 ■ Measure 20L (liters) of tap water or industrial water and pour it into the mixing tank. ■ Drop 1L (liter) of concentrated solution measured by the metering device into the water. ■ Stir the liquid thoroughly with the stirring blade. ■ Mix well until the coolant liquid becomes microparticulate. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
