Main Features of Harmonita Turf Neo ●Significantly reduces static electricity Ultra-fine static electricity suppression fibers are sewn in approximately 21,000 places per cubic meter. This suppresses the generation of uncomfortable static electricity due to friction, achieving a comfortable user experience. ●Fluffy texture with ultra-high-density stitching The grass fibers, made from a combination of straight thread (PE) and crimped thread (PP), support each other to exhibit high uprightness and resilience. The touch feel is also outstanding. ●C-shaped grass fibers for softness and resistance to flattening The grass fibers are C-shaped, balancing softness and shape retention. They look natural and replicate the texture of real grass. ●High durability and workability with urethane backing processing The grass fibers are resistant to shedding, and cutting is easy. Furthermore, this product possesses structural strength that causes "cohesive failure," where the adhesive itself breaks apart rather than the "interfacial failure" that commonly occurs with regular tapes, ensuring high reliability that prevents the progression of peeling. Test data shows that the initial adhesion (after 30 minutes of curing) is 22.0N/25mm, approximately 1.34 times stronger than competitors, and after 24 hours, the 180-degree peel test recorded a strength of 26.6N/25mm, about 1.24 times stronger.
