We have manufactured a foot-operated disinfectant stand using Karatsu wood from Shinshu as our original product. We donated it to public facilities such as the Nagawa Town Hall, and this initiative was featured in the Shinano Mainichi Shimbun. This product is a wooden foot-operated disinfectant stand made from Karatsu wood sourced from the forests of Shinshu. It can be used hygienically without touching commercial alcohol disinfectant bottles or other containers. Depending on the container size, it can be adjusted for height and depth, and since it is pedal-operated, it does not require a power source, making it easy to install anywhere. It is a seismic-resistant component suitable for large commercial facilities and offices, creating a space that conveys the warmth of wood by using wood materials such as cypress and larch. Additionally, since wood materials are used for the restraining elements, it can reduce carbon dioxide emissions during manufacturing by up to 65% compared to traditional buckling-restrained braces made with steel structures.
