A gel-like lubricant that reduces friction between the structure and the ground in methods such as thrust construction, shield construction, and caisson construction. It is a jelly-like elastic body that contains slippery components from the surface to the interior. It enables long-term maintenance of low thrust force not only in aquifers but also in previously challenging dry layers (layers without groundwater where the lubricant is absorbed by the ground and lost).

Used by applying to the surface of concrete structures in thrust construction methods and caisson methods, and by combining with lubricants to reduce friction between the structure and the ground. Current thrust construction often involves difficult conditions such as sandy gravel layers, sharp curves, and long-distance thrusting, where traditional lubricants can cause a sudden increase in thrust force, making it unmanageable. When a manicure agent is applied to the surface of concrete pipes, it penetrates and hardens, transforming the pipe surface into a smooth PVC-like finish, preventing gravel from getting caught and suppressing sudden increases in thrust force. This is a drilling agent that stabilizes the hole wall to prevent the collapse of gravel and ensures that the pile does not stop rising in the pre-boring method for prefabricated piles. 1. In collapsible ground such as gravel layers, it stabilizes the hole wall, allowing for smooth pile installation. 2. It dissolves easily in liquid and can create drilling fluid easily in small quantities.

This is a ready-made pile drilling agent that can change hard clay layers into a soft mud state by adding a hard clay softening agent to water during excavation, and injecting and drilling. By turning it into mud, it allows for smooth soil removal and maintains the drilling speed and soil removal volume.

Prevention of Separation of Borehole Mud When excavating silt and clay layers with borehole mud, if the mud separates into borehole and solid components, adding a small amount of Taisuke will prevent this separation. 2. Thinning of High-Concentration Mud If the mud becomes high-concentration and viscous in silt and clay layers, simply adding a small amount of Taisuke will suffice. 3. Prevention of Gelation When cement mixes with bentonite mud, gelation occurs. By adding Taisuke to the mud in advance, gelation can be suppressed.

Low usage amount Significant effects can be achieved with a small amount of usage.

• Tunnel construction

This product is a two-component solidifying lubricant that mixes two liquids in a mixer just before tail void injection, fully gels them, and then discharges and injects them. It reliably fills the tail void with a highly elastic gel, reducing friction resistance by maintaining the tail void for an extended period. This highly elastic gel becomes a stronger gel over time. There are two types available: the 'high strength type' with high gel strength and the 'long-distance type' that allows for long-distance fluid delivery.

1. Due to its good fluidity, it easily enters narrow gaps, and it is effective in propulsion sites where the tail void is narrowed and thrust is increased. 2.
