X-rays are emitted from a distance of 3 centimeters over a range of 2 millimeters in diameter, and the reflected light is measured to assess the strain. By focusing the inspection function specifically on the strain of metal surfaces, the device achieves miniaturization and cost reduction. Traditional non-destructive testing equipment can measure atomic distances and analyze components in detail, but they are large, not portable, and expensive.
