Free membership registrationWater pollution not only threatens our human lives but can also lead to the extinction of fish and microorganisms, potentially destroying the ecosystem itself. To prevent this water pollution, regular monitoring of environmental water and wastewater is essential. Additionally, the nitrogen oxides and dust emitted from vehicles and boilers, dioxins released during incineration, asbestos generated during building demolition, and even odors and harmful gases produced during painting and manufacturing processes contribute to the air we constantly breathe. Even if the pollution is localized, its adverse effects on humans and plants and animals are significant. The Nisshin Environmental Research Center provides timely data that supports local environmental conservation and corporate activities through measurement and analysis in such sources and surrounding areas. From monitoring emissions at business sites, comparing them with emission standards, understanding the water quality of building water tanks, investigating the impact of construction projects on the surrounding environment, to studying particulate matter from vehicle exhaust, we can handle all of these from sampling onward, so please feel free to consult us. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Free membership registrationUnder the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act (Soil Contamination Act), owners of land that was a factory or business site related to the use of specified harmful substances that have been discontinued must have the soil contamination status of that land investigated by a designated investigation agency and report the results to the governor of the prefecture. Additionally, some ordinances may have a broader scope of application for soil contamination investigations than the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act. For example, the Tokyo Metropolitan Environmental Protection Ordinance requires that when a factory or designated work site is discontinued or removed, not only current but also past handled harmful substances must be investigated, and land alterations of 3,000 m² or more are also subject to investigation. Nisshin Environmental Investigation Center is a designated investigation agency and also an environmental measurement certification business, so if the possibility of soil contamination cannot be ruled out based on the investigation of materials, we will provide highly accurate and reliable investigation and analysis in accordance with the legally prescribed methods (official methods). *For details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download.
