Clearly define products that can be painted with three mechanisms.
The company was founded in 1958, which is about half a century ago. Since then, we have been pioneering the mechanization of the painting process ahead of others, leading to the establishment of our current three painting lines. Additionally, through our 50 years of experience handling products from various industries, we have increased the range of variations that can be painted. In such an environment, we have always made it a point to turn what seems impossible into possible. Furthermore, we consider various processing techniques, such as plating and other surface treatments, to propose the optimal surface treatment, including painting.
Business Activities
We primarily focus on metal coating (powder coating, solvent-based baking coating, and room temperature drying coating), and we also handle pre-treatments such as zinc phosphate treatment, chromate treatment, zinc plating, and paint stripping. These processes can be performed as a continuous treatment, such as zinc plating → zinc phosphate treatment → powder coating, or as individual treatments. The metal materials we can accommodate include iron, stainless steel, zinc-plated steel sheets, aluminum sheets, aluminum die casting, and zinc die casting, as well as other materials like brass.
