When performing powder coating, there are several constraints in the manufacturing of the powder coating materials, which has led to the following drawbacks until now: ● Designated colors cannot be produced unless a demand of at least 150 kg of powder coating is anticipated. (Therefore, small lot painting is not possible.) ● Additionally, the production of designated colors requires a period of more than one month. (Thus, delivery times measured in days are not feasible.) With these limitations, it has been difficult to adopt powder coating despite its advantages. We have initiated "new efforts for powder coating" by: ● Utilizing a stock of over 2,000 colors based on the color card system from powder coating manufacturers. ● Collaborating with paint manufacturers capable of small batch production of powder coatings, enabling designated color powder coating to be realized within one week, even for small lots. We have established a system that leverages the strengths of powder coating, such as the ability to achieve thick films (50μ to about 100μ) in a single coat, minimal VOC emissions (almost zero during processing), and faster painting speeds compared to solvent-based coatings.

Our painting factory has three systems. We want to respond to our customers' requests in a detailed manner, and this system has been developed over approximately 50 years with that intention. (1) A system for painting single items and small lots (2) A system for mass production painting (3) A system for trial painting Currently, we have three major types of painting equipment available, allowing us to paint from one item or one unit up to 10,000 items or 10,000 units. However, there are restrictions on "size," "shape," and "weight." Please take a look at our company website first. There are many possibilities, such as cases where costs can be reduced by controlling material expenses, and cases where upgrading the material grade can shorten processes and achieve rationalization. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages, so we will select the painting method according to the product. It is possible to maintain the characteristics of the material while offering a variety of color options, making it suitable as an alternative to plating and for products that require aesthetic appeal.
