It operates at low speeds below 600rpm with high torque, suitable for long-duration operation! Just set it up on the tabletop of your laboratory, lab, or cleanroom! It can be easily operated by supplying dry clean air at 0.6MPa. Compared to vane-type air motors, this PTM radial piston air motor stirrer consumes less air and produces less noise. There is also a sanitary version with an ALL SUS316L casing that meets FDA/ATEX/IP68 standards.

This is a resin pump made of all PTFE/Teflon, featuring a one-nut design that allows for disassembly and reassembly with just one nut. It is crafted from a single Teflon block, designed to minimize the number of parts and eliminate potential leaks, functioning as an air-driven diaphragm pump. There is also a black type made of antistatic PTFE available. It retains the advantages of traditional one-nut pumps, allowing access to the diaphragm interior with just one nut while connected to the piping. This significantly reduces the time required for cleaning and maintenance. Many users are able to transfer chemicals that cannot be transported with conventional one-nut pumps made of SUS or aluminum using this mini-chem pump.

The "500 Style Pump," an air-driven diaphragm pump from Chuo Rika, is a high-maintenance and high-cleanability pump that leverages the characteristics of our "One Nut Pump," which can be assembled and disassembled with just one nut. The One Nut Pump 500 Style has all wetted parts made of resin, allowing it to pump various acids and chemicals, including paints, dyes, and chemical agents. With the disassembly of a single main nut, it provides access to the inside of the diaphragm while remaining connected to the piping, enabling quick maintenance. The main materials of the resin pump include polypropylene, PVC, and PTFE.
