Many pumps, including our air-driven diaphragm pump "One Nut Pump," cause pulsation in the discharged fluid, leading to vibrations, noise, and distortion in the piping, which can damage piping joints, support brackets, and other components of the piping system. Our pulsation dampers, when installed at appropriate points in the piping system and supplied with air, can eliminate up to 95% of piping pulsation, thereby reducing the aforementioned issues. They also support uniform discharge of fluid products. We use a long-lasting integrated PTFE diaphragm, and you can choose from a variety of diaphragm materials including PTFE, nitrile, EPDM, and antistatic PTFE. The body material consists of SUS316L, with virgin or antistatic PTFE, and polypropylene as standard materials. Piping connections range from 1 inch to 3 inches, with connections available in threads (BSP, NPT), flanges (JIS10K, ANSI), and hygienic fittings. It can also be directly mounted on our One Nut Pump. User's usage example: We were facing a significant issue with the pulsation in the piping of the rotary pump. Due to the pulsation, the piping became disconnected from the pipe support connection, causing damage to filters and other components inside the pipe. However, after installing our pulsation dampener in the piping, the pulsation was eliminated. With the installation of the pulsation dampener, vibrations and swaying of the piping were reduced, allowing for more accurate readings from flow meters and sensitive equipment, thus providing a safer working environment.
