The "500 Style Pump," an air-driven diaphragm pump from Chuo Rika, is a high-maintenance and high-cleanability pump that leverages the characteristics of our "One Nut Pump," which can be assembled and disassembled with just one nut. The One Nut Pump 500 Style has all wetted parts made of resin, allowing it to pump various acids and chemicals, including paints, dyes, and chemical agents. With the disassembly of a single main nut, it provides access to the inside of the diaphragm while remaining connected to the piping, enabling quick maintenance. The main materials of the resin pump include polypropylene, PVC, and PTFE.

We are able to transport chemicals that cannot be transferred using primarily stainless steel pumps with our resin pumps. Our one-nut pump has the same air supply pressure and discharge pressure, making it a design that minimizes accidents caused by overpressure of hazardous chemicals during discharge. In the unlikely event that the diaphragm ruptures, options such as alarms and double diaphragm systems are available to prevent leakage to the outside of the pump. With ATEX certification, it can also be used in explosion-proof facilities, and since it is entirely air-driven, it is a safe pump. ■ All wetted parts are made of resin (polypropylene/PVC/PTFE, etc.) ■ Self-priming and suction lift (dry: 3.6m, wet: 8.0m) ■ Temperature: up to +80℃ ■ Discharge flow rate: up to approximately 908L/min (various pump sizes available) ■ Pipe connections: 1/2” to 3” threads, flanges, etc. (please consult us).
