We offer a wide range of non-silicone release films, and we are pleased to introduce two new products that we have developed. The newly developed "S1" and "S2," which have been added to our lineup, are composed entirely of non-silicone materials and have achieved a light release of less than 100 mN/25 mm in the Nitto 31B tape measurement. Additionally, using light release films can often lead to issues with repelling, which may cause problems in subsequent coating processes. However, S1 and S2 successfully maintain a low contact angle despite being light release films. If you are facing challenges, particularly with resin casting applications such as epoxy, we encourage you to give them a try. A new EX type has been added to the IM Release Film (R) (silicone type). Despite having an ultra-light release strength of 14 mN/25 mm, it maintains a residual adhesion rate of over 95%. It can also be coated on a wide range of easy-adhesion layers, providing good adhesion. Even in configurations where printing processing is done on the back, it is unlikely to cause printing defects, allowing for safe use. If you are experiencing issues with reduced adhesive strength due to silicone transfer or printing defects, please consider evaluating it. A new acrylic type development specification [SN] has been added to the I'm Release Film (R) (non-silicone type). It is silicone-free and allows for the control of release strength between 700 and 5,000 mN/25mm. While it is not as lightly releasable as the previous acrylic [SP] type, heat resistance has been improved, and by varying the release differences, it can be used in two ways: light release and heavy release.

A new fluorosilicone development specification [FE] has been added to the I’m release film (R) (non-silicone type). It has achieved a 30-50% lighter release compared to the conventional [FB] for strong adhesive acrylic tape and silicone adhesive tape. Additionally, the silicone-free acrylic type [SN] has been introduced in five specifications of 750 mN, 2500 mN, 3500 mN, 4500 mN, and 5500 mN/25 mm to make it easier for customers to choose.
