"Super Anneal Film" is adopted in the manufacturing processes and product films for displays such as touch panels and electronic component film materials like FPC. 【Main Features】 1. Thickness Variation of Super Anneal Achieves ultra-low thermal shrinkage according to your requirements, from thin to thick PET. 2. Oligomer Precipitation Prevention Function Forms a barrier coat layer on the PET surface. Enables barrier coating to prevent line contamination and troubles caused by oligomer precipitation from the film. Supports single-sided and double-sided coating. 3. Stability of Shrinkage Rate Minimal variation and slack in shrinkage rate, ensuring stable quality. 4. Wide Width & High Cleanliness Compatibility Supports wide widths (up to 2250 mm) and annealing treatment in clean environments, as well as oligomer barrier treatment. 5. Super Anneal + α Coating Compatibility Offers various functional coating combinations such as release coatings, antistatic coatings, and hard coat coatings. *For control of shrinkage rates and annealing processing of materials other than PET film, please consult us separately.
