【Features】 1. In addition to conventional peel strength selection, options are available from low-Si migration, heat-resistant, solvent-resistant, and chemical-resistant types. 2. The silicone low-migration type can suppress adhesive strength reduction and splattering on the backside. 3. The heat-resistant enhanced type can mitigate heavy peeling phenomena during the customer's manufacturing process. 4. The solvent-resistant enhanced type can suppress heavy peeling phenomena caused by solvents, allowing for transfer processing. 5.
