The "Multipurpose SEP (Seito)" is a modular self-elevating platform that pursues mobility and deployment scale. Along with advanced foundation construction techniques from Yokoyama, such as the PRD-ROSE method and the Capsule Hoh-Pyra method, it can meet various needs in inland and offshore construction, including large-diameter deep excavation, steel pipe sheet piling, steel pipe pile driving, cast-in-place pile construction, replacement excavation, and ground improvement. The "Super Deck" is a modular spud barge applicable for heavy machinery scaffolding for water construction in inland areas such as dams, rivers, and lakes. The installation and removal of steel materials led to decreased efficiency in water construction, and the high material costs for large crane work platforms contributed to rising construction costs. The development of the modular barge allows for immediate application to construction upon completion of transportation, assembly, outfitting, and inspection, which is expected to improve labor efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. 【Features】 ■ The barge can be transported by trucks with a payload capacity of 15t or 10t. ■ After the barge transportation, assembly, and outfitting are completed, it can be immediately applied to construction. ■ All assembly, disassembly, outfitting, and release work can be done on the float, significantly reducing the risks associated with working at heights. ■ The time required for assembly, disassembly, outfitting, and release is short. ■ The standard specification allows for the installation of a 200t hydraulic crawler crane. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
