The erosion control vegetation mat and multifunctional filter is a product made primarily from polyester non-woven fabric (web) with a porosity rate of 97% to 98%. The web (high-porosity crimped polyester non-woven fabric) is manufactured in our own factory to our original specifications. This non-woven fabric, completed after much trial and error, is the core of the product structure. The multifunctional filter, equipped with this web, can be simply laid on slopes created by construction work or disasters, and its unique fiber structure gently protects the soil from various obstacles such as rain, wind, freezing, and drying, while restoring the natural landscape. As proof of its technology, the multifunctional filter has obtained the "Construction Technology Certification" from the Civil Engineering Research Center.

Erosion control vegetation mats, officially known as "Erosion Control Vegetation Mat Construction (Curing Mat Construction)," have been published as standard unit prices for civil engineering work in the temporary supplement of construction prices "Civil Engineering Cost Information" since April 2018. As for erosion control vegetation mat construction, the only method currently designated is our company's method, the "Multifunctional Filter." This designation is due to the evaluation of construction results and achievements at the time of graduation from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's NETIS, which led to its transition to standard unit prices for civil engineering work. Due to recent changes in weather, such as sudden heavy rains and prolonged rainfall, landslides and sediment disasters have frequently occurred in the country. Erosion control vegetation mat construction is expanding its scope of application in prevention, countermeasures, disaster recovery work, and road-related projects.

Our company celebrates its 30th anniversary on June 6, 2024. We were founded on June 6, 1994. It has been 30 years since Multi-Function Filter Co., Ltd. launched the multi-function filter. The product was developed first, which led to the company being named Multi-Function Filter. Initially, there were questions like, "Is there really a need for such a product?" However, over time, it has transformed into a product that is in demand due to global climate changes, becoming a long-selling product with a 30-year history.
