This is a recycled resin based on high-quality raw materials such as PC, PPS, PEEK, and PEI. It achieves engineering plastics and super engineering plastics that are comparable to virgin materials. We are engaged in material recycling of films, sheets, defective molded products, runners, and lumps generated in the factory from PC, PPS, and PEEK, allowing us to offer high-quality recycled resins that are on par with virgin materials. Additionally, we can also propose recycled resins of PEI, PMMA, PBT, and PFA. PC/PPS resins have obtained carbon footprint (CFP) certification through the SuMPO Environmental Label Program, reducing CO2 emissions in LCA to about 1/20 compared to virgin materials. Furthermore, we are also working on material recycling of market-recovered products, not just process edge materials.
