We would like to introduce a case study of the integrated structural calculation software 'Super Build/SS7' used for a three-story commercial facility constructed with steel (S) and partially cross-laminated timber (CLT). This building primarily serves as a commercial facility for the exhibition and sale of automobiles, with an attached automotive maintenance workshop in the back. Structural Calculation Software Example | S-Structure 10-Story Above Ground, 1-Story Below Ground Office Building

Proposal for seismic-resistant structure! The result is a frame structure, planned as a building with four columns.

We would like to introduce an example of the integrated structural calculation software 'Super Build/SS7' used for a 10-story above-ground and 1-story underground office building made of steel. Due to the constraints of the site shape, the floor plan was designed with a main structure that bears seismic forces measuring 6.5m x 10.7m, with a staircase and other structures that do not bear seismic forces measuring 2.7m x 5.5m attached to it. Additionally, since the underground first floor was created within a pit, it was not included in the modeling as a floor; instead, it was treated as a foundation beam with an upper added layer, and piping and other installations were placed in the added layer. 【Example Overview】 ■ Use: Office Building ■ Structural Type: Steel ■ Levels: 10 stories above ground, 1 story underground ■ Design: Structural Form Co., Ltd. Structural Calculation Software Example | RC Structure 12-Story Above Ground, 1-Story Below Ground Office Building

We would like to introduce a case study of the integrated structural calculation software 'Super Build/SS7' used for a 12-story above-ground and 1-story below-ground office building made of reinforced concrete (RC). The design utilizes the irregular shape of the site, maintaining a 500mm setback, which directly translates into the building's floor plan. Structurally, it features two volumes that rise and connect in between, creating a cohesive structural plan. Additionally, columns are placed in the center of spans where there are no existing piles, and these columns are connected by cantilever beams, forming a three-dimensional framework with orthogonal columns and a moment-resisting frame. Structural Calculation Software Example │ S-Structure + RC Structure 4-Story Mixed-Use Commercial Facility

An example of planning as an integrated structure! The floor plan and elevation are complex buildings that also serve as a mixed-use facility.

We would like to introduce a case study of the integrated structural calculation software 'Super Build/SS7' for a four-story mixed-use commercial facility constructed with steel (S) and reinforced concrete (RC). This building is planned to include multiple retail units (SF2 triangular dry roof), an office building (SF4 octagonal frame dry roof), a parking structure (SF4 self-parking roof solar equipment frame dry roof), and an RC studio building (RCF2 inner child method).
